The Personalized monthly packages are set up to help you achieve your ideal fitness/physique in the most efficient way. Not only will you receive training with the trainer, but you will also receive a customized written diet and workout. What does this mean? Well while the average person may only train with a trainer 1 - 3 days per week, the personalized workout is designed for you to still practice your fitness on the off days with the trainer. The diet is perhaps the most important part to gaining muscle, losing fat, or just being healthy in general. The customized diet will tell you exactly what foods you should or shouldn't be eating, the number of calories you need per day, as well as the grams of protein, fats, and carbohydrates you should consume each day to reach your fitness goals in the quickest and healthiest way.

Personalized Diets
Since the "diet" is extremely important when transforming our body to the ideal physique, we offer just that if thats all you want. We will tailor the diet on your fitness goals and based on food allergies or other information you give us. Total calories, protein, fats, and carbs will be calculated and formed into a "Mock" diet you could follow as well as a list of suggested foods from each food group.

Personalized Workout
Many people know lots of exercises and routines they perform day in and day out, and others have no clue where to start. While we suggest a Personal Trainer in any scenario, some people find it more feasible to fit in their workouts when they can and/or enjoy working out at their own pace. For this reason we also offer personalized workouts.

Online Monthly Training
While we train in the Tri-State area, some of you may live to far away to make the gym or for our trainers to come to you, so we offer online training! This training entails weekly and daily communication via email and/or texts to help keep you on track. Each week we will compile a workout regimen for that week as well as diet tips and advice. The great thing about the onling training is you can go where ever and whenever you want to perform the suggested material sent by the trainer. We'll do our best to keep you motivated and on point. The Personalized workout and Diet is included in this package.

We will be offering training at your home! Prices will vary for additional fees may be added for travel. This is great for people who are simply to busy to make it to the gym or maybe even to shy/intimidated to workout around other people.
